You go to sleep and you are like, "tommorrow, I will just eat very little or nothing at all. I have to be fit."

Do you feel like you should not eat anything at all the next day or the rest of the day?. Well, there is soo much information about how to loose weight effectively and in a heathy way. There is also some misleading information on how to loose weight. Tell you my story abit.

When I was in high school, I would skip breakfast and lunch just for the sake of loosing weight. I knew very well that I was supposed to take the three meals per day but I wanted to loose weight. Needless to say, at night I had a problem sleeping, fast my legs were always soo cold and my stomach would ache so much all for the sake of loosing weight. As if that is not bad enough, I did not loose much weight. Sad ha? So now I am still strugling with a few pounds but it is no longer so hard and infact it is fun.

Health and fitness seem sometimes to be a very complicated issue but there are three simple things that you need for your health and fittness.

  • Determination

  • food(plus water)

  • excercise

The Determination

Think of it this way, health is your wealth! Imagine you are a millionaer in a hospital bed and you can not even enjoy the simple things in life like breathing the fresh air while taking a walk, busking in the sun or simply the life itself. You have to be determined to keep youself healthy, fit and that involves making certain changes (like loosing weight) that may not be so comfortable at the moment. Changes can be hard  and sometimes they hurt but lets leave that at that. If you are smoking, try to reduce the amount you smoke everyday for your health sake, you may be sitting there and going like you are blaffing; but that is not the attitude if you want to be healthy and fit. Tell you you what my grandpa (may God rest his soul in peace) used to smoke but he woke up one morning and decided that he was not going to smoke any more. Three days later my grandma asked him for a matchbox and he did not have it. He did not visit to any helpgroup to win the fight, he simply had the determination. Wheather you want to loose weight, stop drinking, stop taking drugs or you just want to make any change in life you have to be determined, sorry to say but you are blaffing if you think otherwise. There will be times when you are down and even though you are determined, it feels like you can not go on. Take time to love yourself ,listen to yourself but do not let negative voice that always ring in the head pull you down.

Hoo! for weingt loss or fitness? This is the part that is very important but it can be dangerous if not well handled. I will not cover this part so much though. There are things about healthy diat that you have probably heard over and over again till you could almost sing a song. Things like, you schould eat vegetables and fruits 5times a day, drink enough water and ofcourse the other groups of food like starch, carbohydrates,protains and fats in the right portions. this is not easy, the main thing is that if you can reduce the amount of kalories you take and increase your out take, If you want ot loose weight for example. It will not be so hard to loose weight if you eat fruits and vegetables; for health purpose though you need to simply eat enough vegatables,protains and fruits and other important foods. As for water, you simply need to drink atleast 12 glasses a day fot a healthy skin and fit body. Again it goes without saying, if you know you have to give up on somethings like chocolates or sweets, then just do the necessary and you will start loosing weight within no time, .

I would emphasize on taking your breakfast serious, you need all the nutrients for your brain to function well, for your body to have strenght to start the day and it is easier to avoid snacks that are not healthy. Again do not even consider starving yourself incase you want to loose weight. The body burns the calories depending on how much it receives, so if you suddenly stop taking your meals the body will sence the change and in responce it will burn less carlories. Just eat the right amount and keep your body heathy and fit! Celebrate your breakfast, enjoy your lunch and simply eat your supper.thats the way to a healthy lifestyle

Exercise!

you are either like yuuuupi! or oooh man do we have to go to that? Yes! If you are going to stay healthy, keep fit or loose those pounds then it is very important to do exercises. Hey tell you what, I was scared just at the I thought of exercise, today the chance that I get I simply go jogging. Exercise does not have to be something difficult, even taking a walk, stamping your fit on the ground, streatching yourself abit, swimming or taking aride. It would even be better to go to a gym but do not worry if you can not at the moment, just take atleast half an hour and do something (exercise) that will make you sweat. Just incase you like jogging, or just in any exercise be careful about your breathing, breathing schould not be too fast that you can not say a word or it just feels too straining. If you want to really keep on doing the exercise, do something that does not strain you so much. Always take water before, during and after exercise unless instructed otherwise by your doctor or trainer.

The few minutes you take for yourself (like exercise) can be very productive, not only to your health(or loosing weight) but also for your life in general. The feeling is always great after an exercise.
